1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fchai ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") governing your use of the fchai online gaming platform accessible at fchai.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and related gaming products (collectively, the "Services").

2.5 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted only one account on fchai. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If we discover that you maintain multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any transactions, confiscate winnings, and ban you from future use of our Services. This includes accounts created using different names, addresses, or payment methods but belonging to the same individual.

2.6 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration and thereafter remains accurate and up-to-date. You must notify fchai immediately of any changes to your personal information, including but not limited to changes in address, phone number, or email address. fchai is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fchai username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activities occurring under your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify fchai immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. fchai will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification, provided such unauthorized use was not due to our negligence or breach of security protocols.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

fchai employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect unusual account activity, including but not limited to login patterns, betting behavior, and transaction anomalies. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account if suspicious activity is detected while we conduct an investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.

3.4 Responsible Gaming Obligations

4. Deposits and Payments

You may not deposit funds that originate from illegal activities or sources.

4.5 Currency

The primary currency for fchai accounts serving the Philippine market is the Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion, where applicable, is conducted at prevailing market rates and may include a nominal service fee.

4.6 Deposit Fees

5. Withdrawals and Payout Terms

5.5 Withdrawal Verification

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds require identity verification. You must provide requested documentation promptly. Withdrawal processing is suspended until verification is complete. fchai reserves the right to request additional verification at any time if fraud or irregular activity is suspected.

5.6 Withdrawal Fees

fchai does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee of PHP 100 or 1% of the withdrawal amount, whichever is greater. VIP members enjoy unlimited fee-free withdrawals. Your payment provider or bank may impose receiving fees; such fees are your responsibility.

5.7 Reversal of Withdrawals

Once a withdrawal is processed and funds have left fchai's control, the transaction cannot be reversed. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by you before processing is complete. fchai reserves the right to reverse withdrawals if we discover they were requested in error, obtained through fraudulent means, or violate these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by fchai are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in each promotion's details. General eligibility requirements include being a registered fchai member aged 21 or older, having a verified account (for certain promotions), and complying with all fchai Terms and Conditions. fchai reserves the right to exclude players from bonuses at its sole discretion, particularly if abuse or bonus hunting behavior is detected.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount or combined deposit plus bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute less or be excluded entirely. 6.3 Maximum Bet with Bonus

While playing with active bonus funds, the maximum bet per game round, spin, or wager is limited to PHP 200 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from the bonus.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

fchai strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting between multiple accounts, exploiting software errors or loopholes, and wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. fchai reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6.5 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion

If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Only your original deposit and winnings from non-bonus play will be available for withdrawal.

6.6 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You cannot claim or activate a new bonus until your current bonus wagering requirements are completed or the bonus is forfeited.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

7.5 Live Dealer Conduct

When participating in live dealer games, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward dealers and other players. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior in chat functions may result in chat restrictions, game removal, or account suspension. Dealers' decisions during live games are final and binding.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fchai and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or termination with forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using fchai Services if you are under 21 years of age
• Collusion with other players or dealers to defraud fchai or other players
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or advantage play using multiple accounts
• Money laundering or using fchai for illegal fund transfers
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after losing funds
• Hacking, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or disrupting platform operations
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Advertising, promoting, or conducting commercial activities without fchai's written consent

fchai reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation and take appropriate action, including reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the fchai platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, text, software, audio, video, and game interfaces, is the property of fchai or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use fchai Services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, license, sell, or exploit any fchai content without express written permission.

The fchai name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, fchai, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or related to your use of fchai Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of fchai Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your fchai account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000.00), whichever is less.

fchai is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, errors in depositing or withdrawing funds, technical failures beyond our reasonable control, force majeure events, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have a complaint regarding fchai Services, you must first contact our customer support team through live chat or email. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) business days. You must provide all relevant information, documentation, and transaction details to facilitate investigation.

11.2 Escalation

If the initial complaint resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the matter to fchai's Compliance Department by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint and previous correspondence. The Compliance Department will conduct a comprehensive review and respond within thirty (30) business days.

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of fchai Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. By using fchai Services, you consent to personal jurisdiction in the Philippines.

11.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution

For disputes that cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to attempt mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation. Such alternative dispute resolution shall be conducted in accordance with Philippine arbitration law and procedures.

12. Termination and Suspension

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your fchai account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. Upon closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Any remaining balance after ninety (90) days will be considered abandoned and may be transferred to fchai's designated charitable organizations in accordance with Philippine unclaimed property laws.

12.2 fchai's Right to Suspend or Terminate

fchai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, pose a security risk, or if your account activity raises regulatory or compliance concerns. Upon termination for cause, fchai may confiscate account balances, void pending withdrawals, and ban you from creating future accounts.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity or financial transactions for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. fchai may charge an administrative fee of PHP 500 per month on inactive accounts until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated. We will notify you via email before implementing inactivity fees.

12.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or suspension, your right to access and use fchai Services ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to fchai. We collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By using fchai Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

fchai implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure servers, and restricted access protocols to protect your personal and financial information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

We may share your information with third-party service providers (payment processors, game providers, compliance partners) necessary to operate fchai Services, and with regulatory authorities or law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Amendments to Terms
